Job Description:

• •Zippee is looking for a proactive Business Operations Associate to drive day-to-day business operations, procurement, and cross-functional execution .
• •You'll work across teams to manage vendors and procurement, streamline processes, support dark store launches, and drive key initiatives to closure.
• •This is a hands-on role for someone sharp with numbers, who follows through relentlessly, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Own and improve operational processes across procurement, vendors, assets, travel, and expenses .
• •Manage the procurement lifecycle, including vendor sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, POs, and contract execution.
• •Track key initiatives, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely closure.
• •Support city teams with new dark store launches and expansion projects across India.
• •Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to unblock operational issues.
• •Track costs, maintain MIS, and keep leadership updated on key initiatives.
• •Identify process gaps and implement practical, scalable improvements.

Qualifications:

• •0–2 years of experience in Business Operations, Procurement, Strategy, or Project Management.
• •Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• •Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets .
• •Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure startup environment.
• •Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• •Bachelor’s or MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.
• •Experience with ERP or ERP-based procurement systems is a plus.
• •We follow a BYOD policy: you must bring your own laptop.
