Deine Aufgaben

Du steuerst strategische und operative Projekte gemeinsam mit dem Operations-Führungsteam

Du identifizierst Potenziale bei Prozesseffizienz und Kosten und verantwortest die Umsetzung End-to-End

Du bereitest interne und externe Meetings vor und sicherst, dass unsere KPI-Dashboards immer aktuell sind

Du koordinierst das Onboarding neuer Operations-Teammitglieder

Was du mitbringst

1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem dynamischen, performance-orientierten Umfeld (Beratung, Investment Banking, Start-up), auch aus Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit

Eine analytische, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise

Starke Kommunikationsskills, die du intern wie extern einbringst

Ownership-Mentalität: Du treibst Themen proaktiv, effizient und gewissenhaft voran

Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau

Von Vorteil

Erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und Business-Intelligence-Tools (z. B. Salesforce, Freshdesk, Tableau)

Eine weitere Sprache (z. B. Französisch)
