  • Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich und Dein Netzwerk in unbefristeter Festanstellung als Business Partner (m/w/d) in 100% remote um deinen Wohnort in Freiburg im Breisgau, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Mainz, Reutlingen, Hamburg , Kassel, Hannover und Osnabrück.
  • ### Dein Arbeitsalltag
  • Akquise von Neu- und Bestandskunden von der Vertragsverhandlung bis Auftragsabschluss
  • Verantwortung für den Recruiting-Prozess inkl. Vertragserstellung
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung von On- bis Offboarding
  • Stundenerfassung
  • Dokumentation von Vorgängen und Stammdatenpflege
  • Durchführung aller Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • ### Unsere Wünsche an dich
  • Erfahrung als Personaldisponent (m/w/d) im medizinischen Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrung als 360 ° Consultant
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzfreude
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • ### Unser Versprechen
  • Freier Gestaltungsspielraum der Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag
  • Jahresfixum 48.000 € (brutto) und monatliche Vertriebsprovision i. H. v. 10% auf den Deckungsbeitrag 1.
  • 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Firmenfahrzeug auch zur privaten Nutzung
