Pay Range

£40,000 - £47,000 per annum + uncapped commission and team bonus

Belfast | Hybrid Working (4 days in office, 1 day from home)

£40,000 - £45,000 + £2,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

As a billing Business Manager , you'll lead from the front. You'll continue to develop your own desk while building a high-performing team around you.

You'll be responsible for:

• •Growing Reed's Business Support presence across Northern Ireland.
• •Winning and developing new client relationships.
• •Building a high-quality candidate network.
• •Generating and managing your own revenue stream.
• •Creating a clear growth strategy for the division.
• •Hiring, coaching and developing future team members.

• •Becoming the go-to Business Support recruitment specialist in your market.
