The Opportunity:

Do you enjoy learning how organizations operate, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping align business needs with system capabilities?

We're looking for an analytical professional to join our team supporting enterprise systems used by our federal government customer. In this role, you'll help connect business needs with system capabilities while ensuring critical applications continue to evolve alongside mission requirements.

Our team supports a portfolio of business applications that enable critical financial, acquisition, and logistics operations. We work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, evaluate solution options, implement new capabilities, and continuously improve how our systems support mission execution. Our work helps improve operational efficiency, strengthen accountability and auditability, support compliance requirements, and increase automation across critical business processes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in both business operations and enterprise technology. You'll analyze processes, define requirements, evaluate system functionality, support solution implementation, and help users successfully adopt new capabilities. Success in this role comes from curiosity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn how business processes, policies, and technology work together to support mission outcomes.

As you grow in the role, you'll develop a deep understanding of the business domains we support and the systems that enable them, becoming a key contributor to future enhancements and modernization efforts. If you enjoy solving problems, taking ownership of meaningful challenges, and helping organizations make better use of technology, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact while building a rewarding career.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Translate operational needs into system capabilities that enhance efficiency, accountability, and mission effectiveness.
  • Analyze, design, configure, and enhance enterprise business systems supporting financial, acquisition, and logistics operations.
  • Develop and validate solutions through requirements analysis, functional design, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Design reports, interfaces, and other capabilities that improve automation, streamline business processes, and help users work more effectively.
  • Develop deep knowledge of business processes and system functionality to help guide solution decisions, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources that enable successful adoption of new capabilities.
  • Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 5+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or modernizing enterprise IT systems. Additional direct relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Experience analyzing business processes and translating business needs into functional requirements, system capabilities, and solution designs.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system enhancements, implementations, and upgrades, including solution validation and testing activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and quickly develop expertise in new business processes and system capabilities.
  • Ability to work onsite within a secure customer environment.
  • Desired:
  • Experience supporting federal government business operations, including financial management, acquisitions, and logistics.
  • Experience with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) business applications or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Experience with CGI Momentum, CGI Sunflower, or similar enterprise business systems.
