As Business Unit Manager, Oncology , you will lead the strategy and performance of an Oncology business in Mexico, bringing together portfolio strategy, commercial execution, access and cross-functional collaboration to create meaningful impact for patients.

What you’ll do

• •Lead the Business Unit strategy and translate priorities into strong execution.
• •Drive portfolio planning, forecasting and commercial performance.
• •Lead launch readiness and lifecycle execution.
• •Partner across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access and other key functions.
• •Lead and develop commercial teams.
• •Use data and insights to guide decisions, priorities and performance.

What you’ll bring

• •Strong pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• •5+ years of Oncology experience.
• •3+ years of people leadership experience.
• •Experience leading a brand, franchise or business unit.
• •Knowledge of the Oncology and market access environment in Mexico.
• •Experience in launches, forecasting and financial planning.
• •Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and business acumen.
• •Advanced Spanish and English.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
