THE JOB:

At Yellowtail inside Bellagio, the Busperson plays an essential role in creating an exceptional dining experience by ensuring the restaurant is impeccably maintained, fully stocked, and operating seamlessly throughout service. This position is responsible for maintaining the dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage stations to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Working alongside the service team in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment, the Busperson helps deliver a memorable guest experience while contributing to the overall success of one of Bellagio's premier restaurant destinations.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.02 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• •Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• •Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• •Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• •Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• •Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• •Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• •Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
• •Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• •Must be 18 years of age or older
• •Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• •1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a busser or food runner preferred
• •Experience working in a similar resort setting
