Busser - Wendover

Description

The Busser assists the servers with clearing tables, and stocking supplies and condiment stations, while maintaining a friendly and professional image. Position works between Wendover Nugget & Red Garter, if/as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• •Remove soiled plates, glasses and silverware and take to the kitchen and separate.
• •Place condiments, creamer at tables, and move waitress/waiter tips to the front of the table for pickup.
• •Maintain cleanliness of floors throughout shift, especially the buffet area, and mop at the end of shift.
• •Reset all tables properly, including salt, pepper and sugar holders.
• •Assist servers as needed.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

• •High School education or equivalent experience.
• •Current WA State Health Food Handlers Card.
