Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Buyer 2, Indirect Purchasing to join our team in Franklin, TN.

In this role, you will negotiate pricing, facilitate purchases, and coordinate all activities required to assigned commodities.

A Day in the Life

• •Leads pricing negotiations and establishes cost-effective agreements for assigned commodities.
• •Identifies, evaluates, and develops suppliers.
• •Ensures suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations through performance management and analysis.
• •Manages contracts, purchase orders, and supplier records while maintaining organized documentation.
• •Drives cost reduction initiatives and coordinates cross-functional efforts to ensure uninterrupted supply and resolve issues.

Who We’re Looking For

Required:

• •3-5 years of relevant and related experience.
• •Bachelor’s degree OR 8 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree required. If Associate’s degree, must have 4 additional years of equivalent experience.
• •Working knowledge of MS Office.
• •Ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN.
• •Ability to travel approximately 20%.

• •Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• •Proven negotiation skills with a focus on cost optimization.
• •Ability to analyze costs and evaluate manufacturing processes.
