We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8 + years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience . The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, understand the overall ServiceNow architecture, and be capable of delivering end-to-end solutions from business requirements through to production deployment.

Required Skills

• •5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• •Strong experience with CMDB
• •Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP/APIs)
• •Strong JavaScript skills
• •Experience with ITSM modules:
• •Incident Management
• •Problem Management
• •Change Management
• •Service Catalog

• •Knowledge of Now Assist (preferred)
• •Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture and end-to-end implementations
• •Experience in troubleshooting and debugging
• •Knowledge of Knowledge Management
• •Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• •Experience deploying changes into production
• •Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

Preferred

• •Experience with complex integrations
• •Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• •Candidates from the Philippines are preferred for better time zone overlap, although candidates from other locations will also be considered.
