YOUR ROLE

• •Manage and optimize C-SON use cases across LTE and 5G networks.
• •Monitor and improve network performance through automated optimization strategies.
• •Analyze SON-generated recommendations and validate network improvements.
• •Configure, tune, and support SON functionalities, including:
• •Mobility Load Balancing (MLB)
• •Mobility Robustness Optimization (MRO)
• •Coverage and Capacity Optimization (CCO)
• •Automatic Neighbor Relations (ANR)
• •Energy Saving features
• •Interference Management
• •Perform KPI-driven performance analysis and root cause investigations.
• •Assess the effectiveness of SON algorithms and recommend optimization actions.
• •Collaborate with RAN Optimization, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure network performance targets are achieved.
• •Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• •Develop performance reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• •Participate in customer discussions, technical workshops, and network performance reviews.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in Radio Network Optimization.
• •At least 3 years of experience working with SON/C-SON platforms.
• •Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G radio technologies.
• •Experience with C-SON solutions from vendors such as:
• •Nokia EdenNet SON
• •Huawei iSON
• •Ericsson SON
• •Amdocs SON
• •AirHop SON
• •Other centralized SON platforms.

• •Strong understanding of RAN KPIs, mobility optimization, and network performance management.
• •Experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights into optimization actions.
• •Familiarity with OSS tools, performance management systems, and reporting platforms.
