  • Die Meditec Germany GmbH ist seit über 15 Jahren auf digitale Lösungen im Bereich CAD/CAM in der Dentalbranche spezialisiert.
  • Unser Fokus liegt auf dem Handel, der Installation, Wartung und Schulung von neuen und gebrauchten CAD/CAM-Systemen.
  • Besonders stark sind wir in den Bereichen CEREC-Systeme von Dentsply Sirona, 3D-Druck sowie Intraoralscanner führender und
  • marktführender Hersteller.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technischer Support für CAD/CAM-Systeme im Innendienst (Remote-Support, Telefon, E-Mail)
  • Technische Betreuung von Kunden im Außendienst (Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung)
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Einweisungen für Zahnarztpraxen und Dentallabore
  • Unterstützung bei CAD/CAM-Software, Workflows und digitalen Prozessen
  • Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung an Hard- und Software
  • Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen und Kundenanfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Kundenservice

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahntechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im zahntechnischen Labor (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich CAD/CAM-Systeme, idealerweise CEREC
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse an 3D-Druck, Intraoralscannern und digitaler Zahnmedizin
  • Technisches Verständnis und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Reisebereitschaft für den Außendienst
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englisch von Vorteil)
