CAD Engineer - On-Site Querétaro

YOUR ROLE

• •Design and release of plastic components for mounting or housing Electronic Control Units components, mainly for Infotainment and ADAS products
• •Design and modification of 3D models in CATIA
• •Design 2D engineering and manufacturing drawings per client guidelines
• •Cost and quality tracking
• •Design for manufacturing following DFMEA, clash avoidance and design rules
• •Generate part numbers, create RFQs
• •Manage tooling manufacturing with suppliers to meet requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent
• •4-6 years of relevant experience
• •Experience in 3D and 2D design with CATIA v5
• •Experience in communicating with technical stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements
• •Experience with DFMEA
• •Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• •Experience in plastic parts design
• •Experience with PLM SW such as Teamcenter
• •Experience with automotive 3D and 2D design guidelines
