Als Verpackungsdruckerei mit großem Onlineshop suchen wir zur Verstärkung unserer Konstruktionsabteilung eine/n CAD-Konstrukteur Stanzwerkzeuge (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden).

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbereitung von CAD-Daten für Planung und Bau von Stanzwerkzeugen (Flachbettstanze & Zylinder) unter produktionstechnischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
  • Angebotsvergleich und Beauftragung verschiedener Werkzeughersteller unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität und Lieferzeit
  • Planung, Optimierung und Erstellung von Bogenaufbauten für die Produktion an Zylinder, Flachbettstanze und ggf. Laserstanze
  • Wareneingang, Qualitätskontrolle und gegebenenfalls Reklamation der Stanzwerkzeuge
  • Prüfung und Kontrolle eingehender Rechnungen im Bereich Stanzformbau
  • Erstellung produktionstechnischer Dokumentationen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Konstruktion, Produktion, Stanzerei und Vertrieb

## Dein Profil als CAD-Konstrukteur (m/w/d)

  • Abgeschlossene technische, grafische oder drucktechnische Ausbildung, z. B. Packmitteltechnologe, Verpackungsmittelmechaniker, Medientechnologe Druck, Mediengestalter, Technischer Zeichner oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ: fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Stanzformwesen, in der Verpackungsproduktion oder Druckvorstufe
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Daten
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und Kostenbewusstsein bei Angebotsvergleich, Beauftragung und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise auch unter Termindruck
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg sowie eine offene und verbindliche Kommunikation
