  • Sie beraten europaweit Kunden in deutscher, französischer und englischer Sprache zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Sie überwachen Deadlines und koordinieren Termine mit Kunden
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Aktualisierung und Pflege der Datenbank
  • Sie unterstützen beim Reporting der Abteilung und übernehmen organisatorische Aufgaben

  • Für ein Unternehmen aus der Metall- und Elektroindustrie suchen wir kommunikative Persönlichkeiten, die Kunden professionell begleiten und betreuen.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Sie haben eine schulische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung abgeschlossen
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung oder im Tele-Marketing mit
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch-,Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
  • Sie haben ein freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
