  • Sie sind zuständig für die telefonische Betreuung von Kunden in Europa
  • Sie beraten die Kunden über die zu vertreibenden Produkte
  • Sie terminieren die Besuche der Kunden

  • Unser Kunde aus der Chemiebranche sucht Verstärkung im Customer Service. In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie internationale Geschäftspartner, bearbeiten Anfragen und tragen dazu bei, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen zu sichern.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im Bereich der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung oder im Tele-Marketing
  • Sie sind kommunikativ und bringen eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sie sind vertraut mit dem Programm MS-Office
