Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich in Hannover als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) .

Dein Profil als Call Center Agent (m/w/d)

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse über Telekommunikationsdienstleistungen und -techniken oder sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • kommunikativ und kundenorientiert
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Montag - Samstag von 8 Uhr bis 22 Uhr)

Deine Aufgaben als Call Center Agent (m/w/d):

  • Verkauf von Telefonie-, Internet- und Mobilfunkprodukte
  • Akquise von Neukunden
  • Fachkundige Beratung und Betreuung der Bestandskunden
  • Klärung allgemeiner und technischer Kundenanfragen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenkontakte
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten
  • Erstellung und Versand von Angeboten und Informationsunterlagen
