Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich im Auftrag unseres Kunden in 76275 Ettlingen als Call Center Agent (m/w/d).

Dieses Profil bringst Du mit als Call Center Agent (m/w/d):

  • Büroerfahrungen (Schriftverkehr, Kommunikation) mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen
  • IT-Erfahrungen (MS Office, idealerweise auch ein ERP-System)
  • Vorteilhaft ist Call-Center-Erfahrung (idealerweise mit Ausbildung von Gesprächstechniken, Konfliktmanagement, usw.)

Deine Aufgaben als Call Center Agent (m/w/d):

  • Du bist für die Annahme und Erfassung von Inbound Calls zuständig
  • Ebenso für die Durchführung und Erfassung von Outbound Calls
  • Du unterstützt bei Sonderaktionen und bei der Kunden-Kommunikation
