Call Center Agent (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung
  • Bearbeitung und Lösung von Anfragen
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Pflege der Kundendatenbanken
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit telefonischer Kundenbetreuung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
