Für unseren namhaften Kunden aus dem Bereich der Kommunikationsdienstleistungen suchen wir ab sofort Sie als Call-Center-Agent m/w/d (ab 15,67 EUR/Std.) in Voll- und Teilzeit für die Standorte in Bochum, Recklinghausen und Dortmund.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Kompetente Bearbeitung aller eingehenden Kundenanfragen im Bereich Mobilfunk mit dem Ziel der Kundenbindung

Aktive Beratung zu unseren Produkten, Preisen und Tarifen

Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Beschwerden

Nutzung aller Funktionen unserer speziellen EDV-Systeme zur Kundenbetreuung

Ihre Qualifikation:

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten

Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeit, einschließlich Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit

Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse und Interesse an Produkten im Bereich Telekommunikation
