  • Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anrufen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei Fragen zu unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Erfassung von Kundendaten im System
  • Lösung von Problemen und Beschwerden der Kunden
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Computeranwendungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
