  • Sie haben Spaß an der Kundenbetreuung und am Telefonieren
  • Sie besitzen einen routinierten Umgang mit dem PC
  • Erfahrung im Call Center wünschenswert, vorzugsweise im Themengebiet Strom
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
