  • Einsatztage: Montag bis Freitag (Samstagsarbeit möglich)
  • Einsatzort: Köln/ Gut mit ÖPNV zu erreichen
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit / Schichtarbeit

Deine Aufgaben als Call Center Agent (m/w/d)

  • Telefonische Betreuung von Kunden im Inbound und Outbound
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie kompetente Beratung
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten im System
  • Terminvereinbarungen und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanliegen
  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails und schriftlichen Anfragen
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Lösungsfindung
  • Dokumentation aller Kundenkontakte

Dein Profil als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) am Einsatzort Köln

  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Call Center von Vorteil
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten am Telefon
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
