Ihre Aufgaben:

  • In Ihrer Aufgabe als Kundenbetreuer sind Sie für die telefonische oder
  • schriftlicheBetreuung von Kunden in polnischer Sprache zuständig
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden Fragen zu technischen Produkten
  • haben
  • Als Kundenberater pflegen Sie die Stammdaten in der Kundendatenbank
  • Sie kümmern sich um evtl. anfallende Reklamationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrungen im Call-Center-Bereich sind nicht zwingend notwendig (gerne auch
  • Quereinsteiger oder Berufsrückkehrer)
  • Sie sprechen fließend polnisch
  • Ihr Arbeitsstil ist kunden- und lösungsorientiert
  • Sie sind eine kommunikationsstarke, begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit und
  • haben Spaß am Telefonieren
  • Der Umgang mit dem MS-Office ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Eine zuverlässige und zielstrebige Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab
