Call Center Agent (m/w/d) – Quereinsteiger

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du erteilst Auskünfte zu Produkten, Preisen oder Tarifen
  • Du berätst, betreust und führst fachkompetent informative Verkaufsgespräche per Telefon, Chat oder E-Mail
  • Du bedienst alle Funktionen der kundenspezifischen EDV-Systeme

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist kommunikativ und ausdrucksstark
  • Du arbeitest gerne serviceorientiert
  • Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer
  • Du hast sichere PC-Kenntnisse sowie Interesse an Telekommunikationsprodukten
