Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandskunden (Inbound/Outbound B2B)
  • Erstellung und Versand von Angeboten
  • Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen (Telefon, E-Mail, Web-Formular)
  • Telefonische Präsentation unsere Dienstleistungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erprobte Telefonkompetenz – Du überzeugst mit freundlicher, sicherer Stimme
  • Selbstbewusste, zielorientierte Art und Freude am aktiven Verkauf
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
  • Teamgeist, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
