Responsibilities

• •Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service with professionalism and empathy
• •Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching using ServiceTitan and other software platforms
• •Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• •Follow up with customers regarding completed work, open service requests, and warranty-related concerns
• •Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a solution-focused approach
• •Maintain accurate customer records, job information, and billing details
• •Assist field teams with scheduling updates, customer communication, and administrative support
• •Contribute to a positive customer experience that reflects Polestar's commitment to excellence

Requirements

• •Must have night and weekend availability; this is not a Monday-Friday position
• •Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry terminology preferred
• •Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment
• •Experience with dispatching and CRM software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar platforms preferred
• •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• •Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• •Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
