Taxi-Düsseldorf ist Düsseldorfs größte Taxi-Zentrale. Mehr als 700 Fahrzeuge sind an unsere Vermittlungszentrale angeschlossen. Wir vermitteln nicht nur Fahrten von A nach B, sondern kümmern uns auch rund um die Uhr um die Durchführung von Kranken- und Sonderfahrten.

Starte als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) in Vollzeit – mit sicherer Festanstellung, attraktiver Vergütung und zentralem Office mit guter ÖPNV-Anbindung.

Deine Aufgaben bei Taxi-Düsseldorf

  • Du nimmst telefonische Kundenbestellungen entgegen.
  • Du trägst die Bestelldaten in unser modernes Vermittlungssystem ein.
  • Du berätst Kunden bei Fragen zu Kranken- und Sonderfahrten.
  • Du bearbeitest Vorbestellungen.
  • Du stehst für die Fahrer und Unternehmer als Ansprechpartner\*in zur Verfügung

Das bringst du als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) mit

  • Du bist zuverlässig, teamorientiert und freundlich.
  • Du kommunizierst gern, hörst aktiv zu und arbeitest kundenorientiert.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf mindestens B2-Niveau. Berufserfahrung ist nicht erforderlich.

Perfekt für Quereinsteiger aus: Vertrieb, Verkauf, Einzelhandel, Kundenservice, Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Logistik, Produktion, Sicherheit, Büro und Verwaltung.
