Für unseren Kunden in Münster suchen wir Sie als versierten Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) und bieten Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe rund um das Thema Gesundheit, Mitarbeit in einem engagierten Team sowie individuelle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Freuen Sie sich auf eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle mit direktem Kundenkontakt in einem professionellen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anrufen

Freundliche und professionelle Kundenbetreuung

Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten im System

Weiterleitung von Anliegen an zuständige Fachabteilungen

Ihr Profil:

Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau (zwingend erforderlich), gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Angenehme Stimme und klare Aussprache

Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse und schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Programme

Freundliche, kommunikative Art und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
