Für unser Unternehmen Taxi-Funktaxi-Zentrale e. G. suchen wir ab sofort Callcenter-Agenten in der Disposition (m/w/divers) in Voll- , Teilzeit und auf Minijob-Basis.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Belastbare Stimme
  • Freundlichkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Frustrationstoleranz
  • Technische Kenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Annahme, Weiterleitung und Bearbeitung von Funkaufträgen
  • E-Mail Bearbeitung
  • Disponieren von Daueraufträgen
  • Koordination von Fahrzeugen an den Halteplätzen
  • Servicehotline / Interne Anrufe unserer angeschlossenen Fahrzeuge
