### Deine Aufgaben

  • Teilnahme an beruflicher Schulung
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anrufen und Emails zur Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Pflege und Erfassung von Stammdaten im System
  • Dokumentation von Gesprächsinhalten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen, um ein ausgezeichnetes Kundenerlebnis zu gewährleisten

### Dein Profil

  • auch für Berufseinsteiger und Quereinsteiger geeignet
  • Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenberatung oder im Call-Center wünschenswert aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Grundlegende EDV - Kenntnisse und schnelle Lernfähigkeit für spezielle Softwaretools
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine sehr kommunikative Fähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • teilweise flexible Arbeitszeiten
