Callcenter-Mitarbeiter Versicherung (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung von Versicherungskunden
  • Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Unterstützung des Serviceteams bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Quereinstieg möglich
  • Erste Erfahrung im Customer Service oder in der telefonischen Kundenberatung
  • Freundliches, ruhiges und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten
  • Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
