Ihre Aufgaben:
- 2nd level Support vor Ort
- Verantwortung für den 2nd Level Client Support (Windows 10, Office 2016)
- Analysieren und Klassifizieren der eingehenden Anfragen aus dem Hard- und Softwarebereich im Rahmen des 1st Level Supports
- Nachbearbeitung und Nachhalten der Anfragen im System
Anforderungen:
- Freundliches Auftreten am Telefon
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC
- Vertriebsaffinität sollte vorhanden sein
- Erfahrung als Call Center Agent oder im Vertrieb von Vorteil

- Wir suchen aktuell Sie als Callcenteragent/in für den Bezirke Alt-Hohenschönhausen, Friedrichshain und Schöneberg.

- Zudem kooperieren wir mit einigen unserer Kunden im Bereich Callcenter, welche die Kosten für die erfolgreiche Vermittlung tragen.
