Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erfassung von Daten
  • Weiterleitung von Gesprächen
  • Dokumentation von Anfragen
  • Kunden und Gäste kümmern
  • Eingehende Anrufe, E-Mails oder Chats bearbeiten

Anforderungen:

  • Du arbeitest gerne mit einem motivierten Team in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre zusammen
  • Deine Kommunikation ist serviceorientiert und professionell
  • Sie haben idealer Weise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung (z.B. in einem Service Center)
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit dem PC Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie verfügen über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sie sind hilfsbereit, einfühlsam und können gut zuhören Auch in turbulenten Zeiten haben Sie immer ein Lächeln für Kunden und Kollegen übrig

  • Wir suchen aktuell Sie als Callcenteragent/in für den Bezirk Steglitz.
  • Wir, PerZukunft Arbeitsvermittlung GmbH & Co KG in der Filiale Steglitz, sind von DEKRA geprüft und als Träger nach AZAV mit der Zertifizierungsnummer 31T1112195/2 zugelassen.
  • Als private Arbeitsvermittlung arbeiten wir mit den Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutscheinen der Agentur für Arbeit oder des Jobcenters.
  • Zudem kooperieren wir mit einigen unserer Kunden im Bereich Callcenter, welche die Kosten für die erfolgreiche Vermittlung tragen.
