  • Kundenservice auf allen Kanälen: Telefon, E-Mail, Brief
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen
  • Dokumentation
  • Was du mitbringst - dein Profil:
  • Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Motivation und Freude an der Kundenbetreuung
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und ein gutes Gespür für den Kunden
  • Lernbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Monatsgehalt von EUR 2.379,53. Nach der Einschulungsphase (ca. 4-6 Monate) steigt das Gehalt auf EUR 2.528,04. Die tatsächliche Vergütung richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
