  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Bestands- und Neukund:innen
  • 50% Anrufe (Inbound/Outbound) inkl. CRM-Dokumentation
  • 1st Level Support E-Mobilität inkl. Ticketerstellung, Terminvereinbarung uvm.
  • 50% Backoffice - Ticketbearbeitung bei Störungen von mobilem Internet und Infrastruktur
  • Dein Profil
  • Kommunikationsstarke, freundliche Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten am Telefon
  • Deutschkenntnisse C1 und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC, E-Mail und gängigen Office-Programmen
  • Growth Mindset für neue Technologien und Interesse, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Verkauf
