Für einen renommierten Kunden im Raum Springe suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Callcenteragenten (m/w/d) für folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Bearbeiten diverser Anliegen von Bestands- und
  • Neukunden.
  • Sicherstellen von Kundenbindung und
  • Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Erfassung und Pflege von
  • Kundendaten.
  • Nachbereitung und Dokumentation von
  • Kundenanliegen.
