Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:

  • Sie nehmen eingehende Anrufe freundlich entgegen und bearbeiten Kundenanliegen.
  • Sie erfassen und pflegen Kundendaten sorgfältig im System.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Klärung von Fragen und leiten Anliegen bei Bedarf weiter.
