  • Eingehende Kundentelefonate entgegennehmen
  • (Kundenbetreuung im Inbound)
  • Beratung der Kunden zu Verträgen, Rechnungsfragen und Reklamationen.
  • Pflege / Änderung der im System hinterlegten Daten
  • Sie beantworten eingehende E-Mails
  • Dokumentation der einzelnen Kundenkontakte
