## CAM Fräser (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellen von CAM-Programmen mit hyperMILL
  • Bedienen von 5-Achs Fräsmaschinen (WINMAX und Heidenhain TNC 640)
  • Fertigungsgerechte Auswahl von Werkzeugen und Bearbeitungsstrategien
  • Analysieren von bestehenden Fertigungsprozessen und Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzial
  • Pflegen der Werkzeugdatenbank
  • Durchführung der Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) mit 5-Achs-Fräsmaschinen im Bereich Werkzeug-Formenbau
  • Berufserfahrung in der Erstellung von CAM-Programmen, vorzugsweise mit hyperMILL
  • Eigeninitiative, selbstständige u. strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit
  • Hohes Kosten,- Qualitäts- und Terminbewusstsein
