Für unseren internationalen Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen CAM-Programmierer / Fertigungstechnologe (m/w/d) für den Standort Kemnath, im Großraum Bayreuth.

Die Stelle ist ab sofort in Vollzeit 35 h/Wo sowie im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen. Das Gehalt liegt, je nach Erfahrung, bei ca. 52.000 EUR/Jahr.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen für NC-Zerspanungsmaschinen sowie Pflege technischer Produktstammdaten und Arbeitspläne
  • Erstellung und Simulation von CNC-Programmen mit NX/CAM und Teamcenter sowie Auswahl und Beschaffung geeigneter Werkzeuge und Fertigungsmittel unter wirtschaftlichen Aspekten
  • Erstellung von Fertigungsanweisungen und Durchführung von Einfahrprozessen
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Qualitätsabweichungen bei intern gefertigten Bauteilen sowie von Lieferanten- und Kundenreklamationen
  • Identifikation von Prozessoptimierungen zur Steigerung von Produktivität, Flexibilität und Effizienz

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. in der Zerspanungs- oder Industriemechanik, alternativ eine vergleichbare technische Weiterbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung und Programmierung CNC-gesteuerter Fräsmaschinen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Sinumerik-Steuerungen sowie Erfahrung mit Siemens NX (CAM) und Teamcenter
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP, MS Excel und Word
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
