Für unseren Kunden, einen innovativen Technologieführer in der Herstellung von Carbon-Produkten im Raum Neustadt (Wied), suchen wir einen dynamischen und zielorientieren CAD/CAM-Konstrukteur (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung.

Die Position im Überblick

  • Konstruktion von Vorrichtungen, Bauteilen und Produkten mit SolidWorks
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von 3D-CAD-Modellen und technischen Zeichnungen
  • Entwicklung praxis- und fertigungsgerechter Konstruktionen
  • Überführung der CAD-Konstruktionen in CNC-Bearbeitungsprogramme
  • Erstellung von CAM-Programmen mit SolidCAM
  • Optimierung von Bearbeitungsstrategien und Fertigungsabläufen
  • Abstimmung zwischen Konstruktion und Fertigung
  • Begleitung der Projekte von der ersten Idee über die Konstruktion bis zur fertigen CNC-Bearbeitung

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanung oder in einem anderen mechanischen Bereich inkl. Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) - oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von fertigungsgerechten Bauteilen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von CAM-Programmen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SolidWorks und SolidCAM, aber auch Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Programmen ist kein Ausschlusskriterium
  • Technisches Verständnis und ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Lösungen nicht nur zu konstruieren, sondern auch direkt für die Fertigung umzusetzen
