DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Sie erstellen CAM-Programme mit AlphaCAM.
  • Sie legen die Bearbeitungsabläufe für komplexe Werkstücke fest.
  • Sie übernehmen die Qualitätssicherungsplanung für die von Ihnen vorbereiteten Bauteile.
  • Sie bereiten Programme für Heidenhain-Steuerungen vor.
  • Sie rüsten 5-Achs-Fräsmaschinen, fahren CNC-Bauteile ein und optimieren die Bearbeitungsprozesse.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der CAM-Programmierung
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Zerspanung mit
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fräser oder Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) ist wünschenswert
  • Sie besitzen gute Programmierkenntnisse für Heidenhain-Steuerungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem CAM-System AlphaCAM sind von Vorteil
