Wir suchen für einen unserer wichtigsten Kunden einen:

CAM-Programmierer (m/w/d)

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Programmierung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen mit VISI (CAD/CAM)
  • Erstellung, Optimierung und Simulation von CNC-Programmen
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Bauteile im Werkzeug- und Formenbau
  • Programmierung von 3- und 5-Achs-Bearbeitungen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge und Bearbeitungsstrategien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Fertigung
  • Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Dokumentation und Pflege von Programmen und Fertigungsdate
  • Dein Profil:
  • Gute Kenntnisse CAD/CAM
  • Erfahrung in der Fräsbearbeitung (3- und 5-Achs)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und 3D-Daten
  • Kenntnisse in CNC-Steuerungen (z. B. Heidenhain)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und technisches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse Kompasstechnologie
  • Makroprogrammierung sowohl in Visi als auch in Excel
  • Logisches Denken muss stark ausgeprägt sein
  • Erfahrung mit Schnittparametern
