DEINE AUFGABE

  • Du erstellst und optimierst CNC-Programme mit SolidCAM auf Basis von SolidWorks.
  • Du entwickelst geeignete Bearbeitungsstrategien und Fertigungsabläufe für Einzelteile und Serien.
  • Du wählst Werkzeuge, Spannmittel, Schnittdaten und Bearbeitungsparameter passend zu Bauteil, Werkstoff und Maschine.
  • Du rüstest Maschinen und fährst neue Programme und Bauteile selbstständig ein.
  • Du optimierst bestehende Programme hinsichtlich Bearbeitungszeit, Werkzeugstandzeit, Prozesssicherheit und Qualität.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachkräften in der Fertigung zusammen und löst technische Herausforderungen direkt dort, wo sie entstehen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung, idealerweise im Fräsen, mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der CAM-Programmierung – idealerweise mit SolidCAM und SolidWorks.
  • Du kannst technische Zeichnungen, 3D-Modelle, Toleranzen und Oberflächenanforderungen sicher interpretieren.
  • Du kennst dich mit Werkzeugen, Spanntechnik, Schnittwerten und Zerspanungsstrategien aus.
  • Du hast Erfahrung beim Rüsten und Einfahren von CNC-Maschinen.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und hast den Anspruch, einen guten Prozess noch besser zu machen
