Campaign Manager – Ad Operations

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused campaign manager – ad operations – to support and manage end-to-end digital advertising operations.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality campaign delivery while acting as a key liaison between clients, onshore teams, and internal Ad Operations resources.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and demonstrates operational excellence across campaign execution, reporting, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

• •Serve as a primary point of contact for onshore CM on campaign setup, delivery status, and operational queries.
• •Proactively communicate campaign progress, risks and resolutions to ensure transparency and trust.

Ad Operations & Campaign Execution

• •Oversee the setup, trafficking, and optimisation of digital ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• •Ensure accurate implementation of line items, creatives, targeting parameters, and delivery requirements.
• •Oversee campaign pacing, impressions, CTR, and delivery health; initiate optimisations as required.
• •Produce and validate performance and delivery reports for client and internal review.

Skills & Expertise

• •Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and client-facing.
• •Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, trafficking workflows, and ad delivery mechanics.
• •Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimal supervision.
• •Excellent communication skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
• •High attention to detail with a strong quality and compliance mindset.
• •Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate team members.

Experience & Qualifications

• •2-5 years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or digital media operations.
• •Prior experience in a client-facing role preferred.
• •Experience working with global clients or onshore teams is an advantage.
