What you'll be doing

Campaign Development, Planning & Execution

  • Partner with Global Integrated Marketing to shape and execute multi-channel campaigns for North America. Turn global strategy into regional programs that reach net-new ideal customer profile (ICP) prospects (IT, CX, HR), build engagement, and create demand for new-logo acquisition across priority industries, segments, and account lists.
  • Bring a creative, test-and-learn mindset to demand generation. Develop fresh ways to reach and engage prospects, including targeted digital campaigns, partner and third-party programs, account-based activations, personalized outreach, and direct mail or e-gift tactics.
  • Own campaign execution from brief to optimization. Manage multiple projects at once, coordinating budgets, timelines, audiences, channels, creative, approvals, and deliverables while keeping work moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use marketing technology, intent signals, and performance data to identify high-potential audiences and deliver relevant experiences across the buyer journey.
  • Partner with content, product marketing, digital, paid media, field marketing, and other teams to refine messaging and assets that reflect NA audience needs, buying stages, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify new campaign opportunities and inform regional strategy.
  • Collaborate with North America field marketing and sales teams to activate campaigns, align them to account priorities, and make it easy for sales to engage prospects.
  • Partner with xDR campaign manager on practical follow-up strategies that help convert campaign engagement into qualified opportunities. Support programs such direct mail outreach, sales prospecting initiatives, and Monthly Prospecting Weeks to generate and advance S1 and S2 opportunities.
  • Look for ways to work smarter and move quickly. Apply AI tools and agent-enabled workflows where useful to accelerate research, planning, personalization, and campaign operations while maintaining quality and sound judgment.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track campaign performance against goals and key performance indicators, including audience engagement, lead flow, conversion, pipeline, and bookings where applicable.
  • Work with campaign specialists to establish consistent monitoring and reporting practices, identify issues early, and make timely adjustments to improve results.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and practical recommendations. Use findings to refine audiences, messaging, channel mix, and follow-up strategy.
  • Prepare and present regular campaign updates for stakeholders. Share relevant insights with North America regional marketing and account teams, and recommend specific actions to improve prospect engagement and conversion.

What you bring to the role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B campaign marketing, or a related field, preferably in technology, SaaS, customer service, or employee service.
  • A track record of developing and executing demand generation campaigns that reach new audiences and contribute to pipeline or revenue goals.
  • Creative instincts and curiosity about new ways to engage prospects, paired with the discipline to test ideas, learn from results, and scale what works.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple campaigns and deliverables moving at once, with close attention to detail.
  • A scrappy, hands-on mindset: you take initiative, work through ambiguity, and find practical ways to get high-quality work done in a changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to assess campaign performance and guide decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and Streamlit
  • Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, xDR, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise, compelling presentations.
