As a part of our Field Marketing team, you’ll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role where you’re not expected to close deals . Your job is to create interest and make a great first impression.

No previous sales or canvassing experience required. We’re looking for people who are ready to learn, work hard, and connect with others.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Are comfortable talking with new people and starting conversations

Have strong communication and customer service skills

Are positive, energetic, and goal-oriented

Are reliable, coachable, and comfortable receiving feedback

Enjoy working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

Are comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods

Can stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods during the workday
