We’re hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to support lead generation and community outreach in Denver, CO, and surrounding areas .

What You’ll Do

Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach.

Introduce homeowners to Window Nation’s window and door solutions.

Use proven talking points and presentations provided during paid training.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Answer homeowner questions professionally and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Represent the Window Nation brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of work experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people.

Ability to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Positive attitude and team-first mentality.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Previous experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales.

Experience engaging customers or prospects in face-to-face environments.

Confidence starting conversations and building rapport with homeowners.

Goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to achieve performance targets.
