About us

Coalition is the world's first Active Insurance provider designed to help prevent digital risk before it strikes. Founded in 2017, Coalition combines comprehensive insurance coverage and innovative cybersecurity tools to help businesses manage and mitigate potential cyberattacks.

Opportunities to make an impact with bold thinking are real—and happening daily at Coalition.

About the role

This role will also engage with and support Coalition’s balance sheet vehicles which include captives, sidecars, and full-stack (Admitted) insurance paper. You will be responsible for external engagement and managing day-to-day operations with these partners, including overseeing data sharing, audits, compliance with contractual obligations, and coordinating internal teams’ support (e.g., product development, carrier compliance and due diligence needs, tech enhancements geared towards carriers).

We are seeking a team-oriented individual with deep (re)insurance experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-growth environment like Coalition, but can “speak the language of”, build relationships with, and be the key point of contact for traditional carriers. Candidates should be able to operate with minimal oversight to drive execution across our capacity strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of reinsurance experience, or relevant experience at an insurance carrier or MGA

Strong organizational and project managing skills
